Return & Exchange Policy
At Khoobsurat Eva, we want you to love what you order. If something doesn’t work for you, we offer exchanges and eligible returns as per the policy below.
1. Return & Exchange Window
- Return or exchange requests must be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unworn and unwashed, with all original tags, packaging and invoice intact.
- Products that have been altered, damaged, washed, worn or returned without original tags may not be accepted.
2. Eligible Returns & Exchanges
We accept requests for:
- Size-related issues
- Change of style preference
- Damaged or defective products
- Incorrect products received
For damaged, defective or incorrect products, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs/videos of the product and packaging.
3. Exchange / Return Charges
- A ₹99 reverse shipping fee may apply for eligible return or exchange requests.
- For damaged, defective or incorrect products received due to our error, reverse shipping charges will not be applicable.
4. Price Difference
- If the replacement product has a higher price, the difference must be paid before dispatch.
- If the replacement product has a lower price, the difference will be issued as Store Credit.
5. Store Credit
- Approved returns are issued as Store Credit and not as a monetary refund.
- Store Credit is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
- Store Credit cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.
6. Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Products
The following may not be eligible for return or exchange:
- Products purchased on final sale or specifically marked as non-returnable
- Products that have been worn, washed, altered or damaged after delivery
- Products returned without original tags or packaging
- Products returned after the 7-day return/exchange window
7. International Orders
International orders are not eligible for return or exchange
